These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Mr. Gaurav (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Mr. Gaurav provides web development, design, consulting, and other related services as described in project proposals or agreements. All services are subject to these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Users must provide accurate information when using our services and comply with all applicable laws. Users agree not to misuse the website or services, including but not limited to unauthorized access, spamming, or distributing harmful content.
Payment terms, including deposits and milestone payments, will be outlined in project agreements. Final payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice issuance. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
Mr. Gaurav retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, tools, and templates used in providing services. Upon full payment, users receive a non-exclusive license to use final deliverables for their intended purpose.
Third-party components included in deliverables are governed by their respective licenses.
Both parties must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during engagement. Confidential information excludes information already publicly known or required to be disclosed by law.
Mr. Gaurav will provide services with professional care but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except as prohibited by law.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period. Termination does not relieve the user from payment obligations for work already performed.
Mr. Gaurav may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a “Last Updated” date.
